What is the maximum load of the thermostat?

The maximum load of the thermostats is 16amps (3,450watts). If the total load of the UFH system is greater than this, either use a contactor (to allow control of a higher amperage) or divide the total mats in the room between two (or more) thermostats to provide a “zoned” heating solution. Consult your electrician for advice regarding the best equipment to use.
